Shipping Charges

Free Shipping Nationwide on all orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Techcessory.pk offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Courier companies generally make multiple delivery attempts. If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
