7-Day Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

✅ Defective or non-functional product.

✅ Product damaged during delivery.

✅ Wrong item received.

✅ Missing accessories or incomplete order.

Conditions for Return

Product must be unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included.
Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Products damaged due to misuse, liquid damage, or physical impact are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Change of mind after opening or using the product.

❌ Physical or accidental damage caused by the customer.

❌ Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

❌ Requests made after 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping Charges

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Techcessory.pk will bear the return shipping cost.
For approved exchanges due to any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
