You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with the return instructions.
The customer is responsible for safely packaging the product and sending it back to us. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
š° Refunds
For approved returns, we currently provide the refund in the form of a Techcessory.pk store coupon/voucher equal to the eligible product amount.
The coupon can be used on a future purchase from Techcessory.pk.
š ļø 6-Month Replacement Warranty
Our eligible products come with a 6-month replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects and basic product faults.
If your product develops a qualifying issue during the warranty period, contact us on WhatsApp at 03059154224. Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the replacement process.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
